Terms of Service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
1. User Accounts and Platform Access
To access specific features, you are required to create an account.
Security: You hold full responsibility for protecting your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your legal responsibility.
Personal Use Only: Your account is granted for your exclusive, individual use. Redistribution, sale, or sharing of account access is strictly prohibited. We utilize automated monitoring to detect simultaneous logins; accounts found sharing access will be suspended or permanently closed without notice.
2. Financial Terms and 14-Day Guarantee
Access to our premium curriculum requires a valid payment.
Payment Processing: All transactions are handled by secure, third-party payment gateways. You authorize these processors to charge the designated fees to your chosen payment method.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 14-day full refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you can request a total refund within 14 days of your initial transaction by contacting [email protected]. This guarantee applies exclusively to the first purchase or initial subscription period and does not cover automated renewals or subsequent terms.
3. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
The Service and its entire contents—including curriculum, code examples, videos, and platform architecture—are the exclusive property of Codingoals or its licensors.
Your License: We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial education.
Prohibited Actions: You are forbidden from copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or redistributing any Codingoals Content. Specifically, using our materials to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models is strictly prohibited.
4. Rules of Conduct and Malicious Activity
You are prohibited from using our platform to:
Deploy viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage our infrastructure.
Attempt to breach our security, bypass access controls, or perform DoS/DDoS attacks.
Harass other users or post content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
Use any automated systems (bots, spiders) to extract data from the platform.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and, where necessary, notification of law enforcement.
5. User-Generated Materials
Our platform may allow you to submit code or posts ("User Content").
Ownership: You remain the owner of the content you create.
License to Us: By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide license to store, execute, and display that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., running your code in our sandboxed environment).
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Codingoals disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or that you will achieve specific career or educational outcomes.
7. Liability Limitations
Codingoals, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, or system failures. In jurisdictions where such limitations are restricted, our liability is capped at the maximum extent allowed by law.
8. Legal Indemnity
You agree to protect, defend, and hold Codingoals and its team harmless from any legal claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Resources
Our platform may link to external tools or websites (e.g., GitHub, documentation). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or security of these external third-party services.
10. General Legal Provisions
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining sections stay in full effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not mean we waive that right in the future.
Updates: We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
Entire Agreement: This document and our Privacy Policy represent the complete agreement between you and Codingoals.
11. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
